Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

Processing Time

  • All orders are carefully handpacked within 1-3 business days
  • Custom and made-to-order items require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (NZ Post)
  • Rural Delivery: May require an additional 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package:

  • North Island: Starting from $10
  • South Island: Starting from $10
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within New Zealand

International Shipping

Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and select European countries.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • All international orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Estimated delivery timeframes:
    • Australia: 5-10 business days
    • United States & Canada: 10-15 business days
    • United Kingdom & Europe: 10-20 business days

International Shipping Costs

International shipping rates start at $25 NZD and vary depending on location, weight, and package dimensions.

Customs & Import Duties

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may apply
  • These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by the delivery service or customs authority in your country
  • We cannot predict these charges as they vary by country

Packaging

We take exceptional care in packaging our handcrafted ceramic pieces to ensure they arrive safely:

  • Each item is individually wrapped in recycled bubble wrap or recycled paper and cardboard. 
  • Custom-sized boxes with appropriate cushioning materials
  • Fragile items receive additional protective packaging

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via email once your package has shipped
  • You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Contact us at themonstercompanynz@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  2. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items
  3. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly

Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible
  • We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped
