At The Monster Company, we take pride in our handcrafted ceramic pieces. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, each item features unique characteristics with slight variations in color, size, and design. We make every effort to accurately represent and describe each piece on our website.

Return & Refund Terms

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy:

  • Full Refund: We will issue a full refund for items returned in their original condition.
  • Time Frame: Please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Condition Upon Return: Items must be returned in their original condition. We cannot provide refunds for items damaged during return shipping.

How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item:

  1. Contact us at themonstercompanynz@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving your order
  2. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit
  3. Ship the item back to our studio at 58 Wallis Street, Raglan
