The Monster Company is a vibrant ceramic studio and gallery space nestled in Raglan's historic dairy factory. For over 13 years, I've been creating handcrafted ceramic pieces that bring joy to homes throughout Aotearoa, with my signature tiles and hearts becoming beloved fixtures in galleries nationwide.

My journey began with a Bachelor of Media Arts, majoring in Sculpture, completed in 2000. Shortly after, I made Raglan my home, moving here 23 years ago with my twin boys who were just one year old at the time. Now grown and living in Australia, they continue to inspire my work.

A few days each week, my studio is brightened by my friend Ayeesha, whose assistance and supportive presence helps ensure every piece receives the time and care it deserves. Together with my little dog Mary, we've created a welcoming space where visitors can experience every step of the creative process - from raw clay to finished piece.

Our open studio at 58 Wallis Street, on the way to the wharf, invites you to witness the journey of each creation. I believe in the power of connection, and some of my greatest joy comes from interacting with the people who welcome my work into their homes. Every piece that leaves our studio carries with it a small piece of Raglan's creative spirit.
